How to Fit In By Standing Out | 5 Powerful Steps!
 Guest Contributor: Tanya Silva

If I had the opportunity to give my younger Tanya some "game changing"
information that would really help her feel stable regardless of how
unstable life seemed .. what would I say in a short period of time?

5 Steps: How to Fit In By Standing Out.

I truly believe these 5 Steps are the foundation to Looking, Feeling and
Ultimately Becoming the Best-Version-of-Yourself (regardless of what
craziness is happening in your life).

1. Mirror Talk- Ahimsa (Non-Violence to Self).

2. Choose Your Team.  You Are Who You Surround Yourself With.

3. Exercise- Find Movement Patterns that allow you to Feel Good.  Exercise is about dealing with life.  It allows you to move negative emotions through the body so that you can regain your Peace-of-Mind.

4. Food- Align Yourself with foods that allow you to feel the way you wanna feel in your body every single day. In my BodyGoals Workshop we identify how you wanna feel in your body and teach you  every single day…and allow yourself to eat in ways that make you feel that way.

5. Sleep- Recharging Your Battery.  Think of your phone with 1% battery left.  Quality, uninterrupted sleep is like plugging your low-battery phone to charge so that it can operate at it’s highest level.

Of course there are several other suggestions and tips I could provide BUT (what I’ve discovered coaching people for over 12 years and also building myself up into the woman I am today), if you can master these 5 steps.. .This is the foundation to living a life with more confidence, clarity and
fulfillment <3.

I’m so grateful to be able to share this content with you, if you find this information of value SHARE it on Social Media or forward this email over to friends/family.

And in the meantime...

Remember to GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to Look, Feel & Be Your Best Today:)
